📦 SHIPPING POLICY 

 

Fine Art Prints (Unframed)

Production Time: Up to 3 days to prepare before shipping (unless otherwise stated).

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 2–12 business days for most locations, and 15–20 business days for remote locations.

Orders are shipped for free in Canada using Canada Post or the carrier best suited to current service availability. Not shipped internationally at this time.

Delivery issues
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or service interruptions. 

Address Accuracy: Buyers are responsible for providing an accurate address and will be held responsible for re-shipping costs if a parcel is returned. 

Lost or stolen packages: If your parcel is lost or marked delivered but you can’t find it, please contact the carrier directly. I don’t offer free replacements for packages reported lost or stolen.

Items damaged on arrival: If your order arrives damaged, please email me at info@brigitteklassenart.ca within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, photos of the item and packaging, and keep the packaging. I’ll review the damage and follow up with you directly about the next steps.

Handling & Care:

Handle prints with clean, oil-free hands

Open packaging carefully

Avoid heat and moisture

Be gentle when framing your prints.

 

Original Artwork :

Via Carleton Place Gallery:  please contact the gallery directly about purchasing.

Via my studio: For artwork purchased directly through my studio, pickup is welcome and preferred. If pickup isn’t possible, I can arrange insured courier delivery in Canada only at no extra cost using the carrier best suited to current service availability. Not shipped internationally at this time.

Original artwork shipped from my studio is sent using an insured courier.

If a shipment is lost, please contact me promptly at info@brigitteklassenart.ca

If it arrives damaged, contact me within 7 calendar days of delivery and include your name or purchase details, photos of the artwork and packaging, and keep the packaging. I’ll review the issue and follow up with you directly about the next steps.

Accessories (Bags, Totes, etc.) 

Accessories ship free within Canada, normally via tracked Canada Post Expedited Parcel. If Canada Post service is disrupted, another suitable carrier may be used.

Estimated transit is 1–7 business days after dispatch from Montreal, but may vary if a different carrier is used. 

Production time is additional (see table below).

Accessories production and transit estimates are in business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Production & Quality:

Three quality checks: after printing, before sewing, final inspection
